You can choose the amount of your e-gift card from the preset options, or a custom amount between €20 and €1,000. You will need to provide your details, as well as those of the recipient, who you can send a personalised message to. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and the e-gift card will be sent immediately to the recipient. If you would prefer to choose when to send the e-gift card, we recommend using your own email address as the recipient.
The recipient will receive the coupon code to redeem the e-gift card via e-mail, using it as a payment method on one or more occasions.
If the coupon is used on a cart whose total is lower than the value of the e-gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases using the same coupon.
If the coupon is used on a cart of an amount higher than that of the e-gift card, it will be possible to complete the purchase by paying the difference at checkout.
If items purchased using the e-gift card are returned, the amount will be credited back to the card and it will become available again for a new purchase. In the event of a mixed payment, any difference will be refunded onto the payment method used.
