Issues with payment

Credit card declined

Credit cards may be declined for several reasons that are not related to our systems. If there is an error during payment, please check:

  • Card number
  • Expiry date
  • Security code
  • Spending limit exceeded: check there are sufficient funds on your credit card
  • The card is enabled for online payments

If the problem persists despite these checks, please contact your bank.

 

3D Secure Code:  payment not completed

3D Secure Code authorisation is managed directly by your bank.

If you encounter any issues with 3D Secure Code validation, please contact your credit card provider directly, as we are unable to assist with the unlocking process.

Postepay

If you encounter any issues with payment via Postepay, check that your card is enabled for online purchases. If the issue persists, contact Postepay Customer Service directly:

PayPal

If your PayPal payment is declined, check that your information and the credit card details registered to your PayPal account are correct. If you encounter any issues you can contact PayPal assistance directly at this link:
