Cancelling an order
It is only possible to cancel an order, or some of the items it includes, if the order status allows it. If you have already received the shipping email, it is no longer possible to cancel or change your order, as this means it has already been processed and handed to the courier. In this case, you can still try contacting our Customer Care team.
Delivery not possible
If you selected home delivery but were not present at the time of delivery, we recommend checking the tracking information to see if your package was deposited at a UPS Access Point, where it will be held for collection.
Refusing delivery
If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us before refusing delivery so we can assist you with the process.
Order not delivered
If you haven’t received your order but UPS tracking shows it as delivered, we recommend checking the name of the person who signed for the delivery. If you encounter any issues, please contact us so that we can follow up the case with the courier.

Our courier is UPS and you can use UPS MY CHOISE to ask any informations.
Delayed order
Once all the items in your order have been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information via email, which will include an estimated delivery date. If the courier is not able to deliver on the estimated date, they may reschedule the delivery for the following days. You can view the rescheduled date by using your tracking information.
