For Click&Collect orders (free in-store pick-up), returns can only be made at the store where you collected the order, or at one of the company’s authorised stores (only Italy). You can find the full list under “Return store” on the Homepage.
To return your items, please visit one of the authorised stores within 14 days of collecting the order. Bring the items in their original condition, with the delivery slip or confirmation email.
