Refunds for purchases paid for with a gift card will be issued to the same card, following the necessary checks on the condition of the returned item and compliance with the terms and conditions.
Returning an e-gift card purchase
If the return is for an online purchase, you will receive email confirmation of the return, followed by an updated balance for the card.
For returns with mixed payments, priority will always be given to the gift card, which will be refunded to its original value. Only if the refund amount exceeds the original balance will the difference be credited to the second payment method used.
