We offer several shipping methods, which cannot be changed once the order has been completed.
Order processing and deliveries are carried out only on business days. Stated delivery times may, however, be subject to delays due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
HOME DELIVERY

Our courier is UPS.
Please ensure you provide accurate shipping information, including the name that appears on the buzzer at the address you provided. In the event of a non-existent, incomplete or incorrect address we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery.
To change the address you can use UPS MY CHOICE after receiving your tracking number.
We recommend checking the tracking number that you received by email: you can click directly on the link or enter the code on www.ups.com.
If you are not present for delivery, your order may be deposited at a UPS Access Point and held for collection. For this reason, please check the tracking number(s) sent to you by email. If you encounter any issues contact Customer Service.
Please note that the shipping address of your order must belong to the same market/region in which the purchase was made, otherwise we will be forced to cancel the order.

You can choose to have your order delivered to a UPS Access Point, allowing you to pick up your parcel at your convenience during the location’s opening hours. By selecting “UPS Access Point” when placing your order, you will see all the locations providing this service in your selected area.
You will receive the tracking number by email, to track your order on www.ups.com.
DELIVERY TO A STORE (ITALY : ONLY AT STORES ENABLED FOR E-COMMERCE)
Time frame: 7 working days - Italy
Cost: free
The previously stated time frames may be extended for Sardinia, Sicily and other islands, as well as during sale periods.
Please note that you can choose to have your order delivered to one our stores enabled for e-commerce (only ITALY) , allowing you to pick up your parcel free of charge at the store during opening hours. By selecting “Collect in store” when placing your order, you will see all the stores providing this service (not available throughout all of Italy).
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification when it is available for collection: the order will be held for 10 days.
