Refund for a return

Once your online purchase has been returned, the items will be inspected at our warehouses to check their condition and compliance with our returns policy.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the return arriving at our warehouses/store, using the same payment method used to make the purchase (credit card or PayPal/Scalapay account).

The cost of the return using the Ups label provided by us, both for home collection and for delivery at Ups Access Point is 7.90 euros from Italy and 9.90 euros from abroad, while in the case of delivery only at ecommerce-enabled points of sale it is free.

Make a note of the tracking code in order to check the arrival date at www.ups.com.

We will keep you updated by email throughout the refund process, which will end with confirmation of a refund issued in your name. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account/payment account, depending on the circuit used. If the stated time has passed and the amount has still not appeared in your account, please show the refund confirmation to your bank so that they can assist in speeding up the process.

If you placed the order with PayPal or Scalapay, please refer to their specific policies, as we are not responsible for the management of these accounts.

If you no longer have the card you used to make the purchase, we advise contacting your bank so that they can assist you: we are required to process the refund using the same payment method selected at checkout.
