How to return an order

Conditions

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and any accessories intact. Any damage or missing elements must be reported on delivery.

The right of witdrawall must be exercised within 14 days of receiving your order (the date of delivery of the last package is authentic).

If you are a registered user, you can enter the online request from your account in the RETURNS section, visible after logging in, or enter the return request via the following link:

If you made the purchase as a guest, and therefore do not see the order in your account, you will need to enter the return request via the link above.

For any problems with the return request procedure you can write to: customercare@pleasefashion.com .

From the day of the return request you will have a further 14 days to ship your return, with one of these methods:

  • delivery to a drop-off point - UPS Access Point
  • store enabled for e-commerce (only Italy - option for Click&Collect orders)
  • home pick-up with UPS

The return must be made in the country of purchase.

Please note that it is possible to return all items from the same order in a single parcel, even if you received the order in multiple deliveries, by using a single UPS returns label.

 

Return at a drop-off point - UPS Access Point

You can drop off your parcel at a UPS Access Point at a cost of 7,90 from Italy and 9,90 from foreign countries, which will be deducted from your refund.

Once you have submitted a return request within the required time frame, and it has been approved by us, you can attach the UPS label to your parcel and drop it off at a UPS Access Point. 

 

Free in-store return - only Italy

You can return items purchased on our website free of charge at any of our stores that offer this service. The full list is available on our website under “Return stores”. Visit an authorised store within the required time frame and show your delivery slip to staff so they can check the return conditions. Items must be intact and do not need to be packed in a parcel.

Please note that for Click&Collect (Italy) orders (collected in store), items can only be returned to authorised stores.

 

Home pick-up

We offer the option to return items via a home pick-up service. The cost of the return is 7,90 from Italy and 9,90 from foreign countries, which will be deducted from the refund. 

You will need to schedule the pick-up by calling UPS or via the following link: https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule

Please note that it is possible to return all items from the same order in a single parcel, even if you received the order in multiple deliveries, by using a single UPS returns label.

 

How to prepare your return

To prepare your return parcel for home pick-up or drop-off at a UPS Access Point, you can use the original packaging or the UPS bag included with your order. You can also use alternative packaging, as long as it is suitable and securely sealed, to ensure the items arrive at our warehouses intact.

Please note that it is possible to return all items from the same order in a single parcel, even if you received the order in multiple deliveries, by using a single UPS returns label.

The UPS RS return label to attach to the parcel is available in at least one of the parcels received, and can be identified by the recipient address “Imperial Creative Lab”. This is not included with Click&Collect orders(Italy); in this case, please refer to the relevant paragraph. If you have lost the return label, please contact our Customer Care team to request a copy.
