Please note that for each order you will receive a single return label, even if your order was split into multiple deliveries. Copies of the label may be included in more than one parcel, but it can only be used once. For this reason, we recommend waiting until you have received your entire order before proceeding with the return, so that you can prepare a single return parcel.
If you have already used the return label and wish to make a second return for the same order, you can still submit a request provided it is within 14 days of receiving the order. The second return must be arranged at your own expense and under your responsibility, using a courier of your choice and sending it to the following address:
