Shopping online with us is simple!
You can choose to place your order as a registered user or as a guest.
After choosing the size and colour of the item you’re interested in, add it to your cart, choose your shipping method and proceed to checkout.
The billing and delivery addresses must be in the same country.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order once it’s completed, even if you check out as a guest.
You’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if the delivery method includes tracking, or a ready-for-collection email if you selected Click&Collect (only Italy)
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, this could be because:
- the email is in your spam folder
- you entered the incorrect email address. In this case, contact customer care.
