Please note that the option to change or cancel an order depends on its status.
Cancel/change an order
It is only possible to cancel an order, or some of the items it includes, if the order status allows it.
If you have already received the shipping email with the tracking number, this means the order has already been processed and handed to the courier: in this case, it is no longer possible to cancel or change it.
You can refuse delivery by informing Customer Care in advance, or return the items after delivery.
Change delivery address
If you selected home delivery and the order has not yet been processed, meaning you have not yet received the shipping confirmation email, you can change the delivery address by contacting Customer Care.
If you have already received the tracking information, unfortunately we cannot make any changes. You will need to use UPS MY CHOISE to change the address you provided when placing the order.
