Delays
Our courier is UPS, and we work together to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases, there may be delays due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
In addition, during the sales, delivery times may take longer than usual.
Order not received but marked as delivered
If you haven’t received your order but it is marked as delivered, please contact Customer Care so that we can open an investigation right away.
I didn’t receive all my items
Remember that your order may have been split into multiple deliveries: check the shipping confirmation email to see how many tracking numbers you received and track each individual parcel.
Incorrect or damaged item
If you received an item that does not match your purchase, or if an item is damaged, please inform Customer Care immediately so that we can check and resolve the issue.
