Order status

To track your order, we will send you an email notification to the address provided when you placed the order, even if you placed the order as a guest, without an account.

The email address provided when you place an order, a key field, cannot be changed.

Following the order confirmation, you’ll receive a shipping email, informing you if your order has been split into multiple deliveries. In that case, you will find multiple tracking links, which you can easily check by clicking on each one or by entering the code on www.ups.com.

We recommend tracking your deliveries and contacting customer care if you encounter any issues.
