You have up to 14 days from the day you receive the last parcel of your order to request a return. From the day you request a return, you have a further 14 days to consign the parcel to UPS or drop it off at a UPS Access Point/authorised store.
Returns using a UPS label have a cost which is deducted from the refund; the return is free if you choose to return the item to one of our authorised stores.
You will need to prepare a single package for each order including the items you wish to return, using only one return label. If your order consists of several parcels, we advise you to wait for your entire order to be delivered.
Registered customers may request the return by logging in to their account.

Once customer service has approved the return, you will need to either drop it off at your nearest Access Point, contact UPS to arrange a collection, or return the items to one of our authorised stores, if accessible.

Unfortunately, the home pick-up service is not available for customers resident in San Marino - Italy. In this case, the parcel must be dropped off at any UPS Access Point in Italy (not in San Marino), or at our Rimini store.
If you have already made a return and wish to make a second return from the same order, within the required time frame, you can do so at your own expense, using a courier of your choice and sending it to:
