When you place an order the payment is processed immediately. If one or more of the items purchased are not available, the order will be partially or fully cancelled and we will issue a refund, which will be confirmed by email. Please note that if your order includes multiple items and is partially cancelled, the available items will still be dispatched.
The procedure will be completed with a partial or full refund to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that for credit card payments, we have no control over how long the refund takes to show in your account, as this will vary according to the bank circuit used.
