Incomplete order / faulty item / incorrect item... What should I do?

Please note that your order may be processed by multiple warehouses: you will find one or more tracking codes in the shipping confirmation email. For this reason, your parcels may be delivered on different days.

In the event of an incorrect, missing or faulty item, please email us at customercare@pleasefashion.com stating the order number and the codes of the missing items or images of the incorrect/faulty item. In the case of a faulty item, please indicate your preference between a replacement or a refund: the procedure is the same as for a return but is free of charge, if the fault is confirmed.
