Once we have received the return and checked the condition of the items, we will proceed with the refund, and you will be informed of this by email. Completion of the refund will take up to 14 days after we receive the return, and the refund amount will be credited to the payment method used to make the purchase.
Please note that for credit card payments, we have no control over how long the refund takes to show in your account, as this will vary according to the bank circuit used.
