Did you receive my returned items?

Please note that if you wish to know the exact day on which the return is received, you can keep the tracking code provided to the courier and check it at www.ups.com.

We will refund you within 14 days of the date we receive the return, by crediting the amount to the credit card/payment account used to make the purchase.

The refund process will take place after we have checked the condition of the items and whether the return complies with our terms and conditions, which are accepted when making a purchase.

Following this, you will receive a credit note email, confirming the refund has been credited.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive a refund within the terms stated above, please contact our Customer Care team. Make sure you have the order number, the code of the returned item, and any other useful information, such as the tracking number, to hand: this will help us to assist you as quickly as possible.
